'Hello beautiful people! I just wanted to say thank you for everyone who is bearing with me through this process as filming for the gym and actually moving away from travel diaries has been a tad bit more difficult than expected. But I can promise it\'ll only get better from here! Today I\'m coming at you with with another full leg day routine that helps target gluten, hamstrings and quads for those lower body days.
